Extreme disc I/O?
Hmm, what's with DeskScapes extreme disc I/O at startup? It's trashing my disc. It keeps at insane I/O for minutes (until I closed the program).

That's odd, what dream are you using?
In the case of a video dream, it should only use the drive until the dream loads into ram. At that point you shouldn't have any disk activity.
If it's a dynamic dream, it loads into video memory with no disk activity at all.
Turns out it was my default Wallpaper folder (which is extremely huge) that DeskScapes tried to get thumbnails for, I guess. Soon as I removed the default folder for indexing, the issue was solved.
