[1.19n] Name Change not Recognized on Birth of Child

1.19n issue. I renamed Relias to Frogboy at the start of the game (this is now turn 92). However, at the birth screen the game announced Relias was the father. I am playtesting a mod so unsure if that caused it or if it's an issue with the vanilla game. Maury Povich demands a paternity test for Frogboy!
