Missing Icons in Systray

I had this problem a few years ago on system that ran XP.

It got sorted out with help from a member on here. I checked the post for the solution but running a later version off DX the answer don't apply.

The pic in my question show the systary. This time I have sorted out the colour and alinement problem but just can't figure out how to get the icons to show.

I am running Win7 pro(64) & DX 4.0

Can anyone tell me how to get them to show.

DesktopX Systray function doesn't work with Windows 7.

I thought it would just be a shortcut to the systray.

No, the systray is no longer a supported object in DesktopX.:'(

I'm hoping DesktopX will get more love than it has been getting.
