[1.19l] OOM crash

Overall the game is running faster and I haven't had any saving related crashes.  I had an OOM crash as I was randomly scrolling around the cloth map, after playing for a few hours.

No dmp file was created.

A few other issues I've noticed:

I've had a few tactical battles freeze forcing me to auto-resolve.  I had never had this issues before 1.19k.  Also, the damage text still doesn't reliably appear.
