Different sized icons in different fences

This is bugging me because I just started using the program today.  And for the first hour of on and off customizing my new computer I was able to ...right click...view and change the size of the icons of one fence while keeping the icon size of another fence.

I even tried putting back my snapshot and it won't do it anymore.

I actually think it shouldn't have let me do it, but I WAS doing it and now it's gone and it's bugging me (spent another hour looking for it). 

Maybe it's easy but, can I have it back?
