[Bug] 1.09p, outdated techs from previous versions.

Hello,

I've noticed something wrong with the "education" tech. It's supposed to give the "School" improvement, but it's already been given by the civics tech. Education doesn't unlock any new building or anything, it's just an empty step towards housing. Maybe it should be removed completely?

I mentioned in a few other posts (though no one's acknowledged it...) that a few techs aren't working right in a similar way. For example, you can build Inns and Markets at the start, but they're supposed to be tied to techs, too.
