Installing Sysmetrix Apps101?

I've been able to download skins and icons with relative ease, but when it comes to downloading Sysmetrix apps I'm at a loss as to how to get them into the lineup. So...the question is...once they have been downloaded how exactly can they be applied to the Sysmetrix lineup?

This is something that would be nice to have on WinCustomize for those of us who are no quite up to speed on the downloaded differences...tutorials for applying all the different apps.

unzip to skin to a folder on your HD.
there will be a folder with the skins name, move it to themes in the sysmetrix folder.

when you restart config. it will be there
