Any OD subscribers having this problem...

Since I renewed my subsription a few days ago, I've been running the latest versions of WB and WinFX, with animations and transitions. About 50% of the time when I restore a minimized window(seems like any window/app) it restores in a rolled up state with just the titlebar showing and only as wide as the three control buttons. My previous versions of WB and Winfx worked just fine. I did a total clean install after uninstalling the older versions. And it does it on any WB skin. I even went as far as reinstalling WindowsXP after a format and I'm still having the same problems. My graphics card is pretty decent, Radeon 9600 w/128mb ram.

Any Ideas?
