Access Level Question

While logged into Stardock Central, and then clicking on "Web Browser" at the top, I come to a page that says..."Your access level does not permit you to download the WinCustomize Premium Skin Suites. To obtain access you must be a WinCustomize Subscriber. Click here to learn more about the WinCustomize Subscription or purchase it now!"...But according to what I read after "click here" I should have Level 3 access since I have purchased the "Object Desktop" package. So can anyone tell me what the deal is?

What level does it say you are at right now in your profile? After purchasing Object Desktop you should be at a level 3. If not you will need to cross reference your account.

The Wincustomize Subscription is a separate purchase to obtain the Premium Skin Suites and also of course to support the web site.

Yes, you are level 3. WC Subscribers are level 4, and only Subscribers can download the Premium skins. Subscription proceeds help pay for the bandwidth, and purchasing new equipment.

I have the same access problem when the link I open uses IE browser. If I copy the addy into the WC browser or SD's, then the link is good, and I can access my original intended download site, or whatever. It's a nuisance, but I'm stuck with it. It's what I've been doing for since I figured this out when I started this whole skinning thing almost two months ago.

Funny you should mention this now. I just posted a message in the General Discussion page about a similar problem, in that I cannot change which browser these page links open. It's always IE, and I am not a fan of IE, for obvious reasons (stated above is one). Anyone's thoughts on this dilemma would be greatly appreciated.
