Running Indicators at ObejctDock v.2.0

In almost all programs worked the "running indicators," but not with Apple's ("Safari iTunes)! What should I do?

Check where those shortcuts are pointing.  If the .exe file associated with the shortcut is not running as a process, it will not be detected as running.

I also have a question about the running programs indicators. These used to be on the right hand side of the dock, but now they are on the left.  This is very awkward for me as I'd prefer to have the start menu indicator and my flyout menus on the left hand side. How can I change this? 

 

Kudos on getting the start menu button working on the 64 bit version.
