about package Icon

I am just new to this forum so hope I am doing it ok.  I just bought the Icon package and I was wondering when I apply an icon package is my start button supposed to change to with all the other icons?  If it is supposed to change it did not.  I clicked on the start on the icon package and chose an icon and then apply changes but nothing happended  Could someone help me on that or do I need to contact Stardock support?
