How can I contact Impulse Support (unable to purchase product)?

I've searched my Impulse client and cannot find any contact information whatsoever -- can someone here direct me? I have successfully purchased a few games via Impulse in the past quite happily, yet am failing to purchase Mass Effect 2 (I get the error message that it's not available in my country). Thanks much

Mass effect can only be purchased by persons in the USA and Canada, you are only able to get to the purchase screen because of a bug in the most recent impulse update that for some reason does not check to see where the user is, but it will be corrected shortly

For future reference, though, you can contact support by sending an email to support@stardock.com. But as Anakey said, ME2 is region locked.

Ah, thank you for the information. (Seems entirely bizarre and self-defeating to have an internationally accessable digital download plattform for internationally applicable products which are region-locked. I am sure this is not Stardock's intention, but has something to do with bizarre contracts between publisher and distributor, but seems entirely self-defeating, not to mention frustrating. I would prefer to purchase per Impulse.)

If I may be so bold: Where can a person purchase a non-localized, i.e. English original copy of this product (ME2), happily as digital download, without much hassle, large prices, and laughable shipping costs? Tips? Thank you.

End of onomastikon's quote

Blame the publishers. They have seperate divisions for most regions (the big ones do anyway) and Stardock needs to get contracts with every single one to sell worldwide.
