I'd like to know how many more patches to expect and possibly if there is an idea of when they are going to be ready (I don't mean to hurry anyone, just asking). I am just having some hardware problems and haven't been able to follow the forum the way I wold have liked to.

Thanks

We are waiting for 1.1, most likely to be released late October/early November but no promises have been made. There is the possibility of sporadic patches or hot-fixes before 1.1 but not on any schedule, only if something major/easy pops up.

That is my summary of what I think we know from following the forums. I reserve the right to be wrong :)

1.0 was the release version.  The day one patch was 1.05.  Since then we've had 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, and 1.09.  1.1 is next in line and is supposed to be released within the next three weeks.

Wow, math isn't your strong point is it BK?

1.0 ----> 1.09 ------> 1.1 or 1.10 your choice.

I remember opening this thread before any replies and trying to guess what percentage would be correcting the obvious mistake in the original post.  Or commenting on said corrections.

Must admit I had the same thought as the OP for a few minutes and then had one of those d'oh moments.

Quoting:  Tasunke" But 1.0 never did come out ... release version was really 0.90 but no-one ever told you ...

This is like the Star Wars numbering system, where the First Movie is actually the 4th Episode, and the 1st Episode is really the Fourth Movie (Ive plagiarized this from a PC Gamer review :-D)

In keeping with the Star Wars theme..

A short, short time ago, in a galaxy near-nearby..

<Artem Bank Soundtrack (from Star Ruler), in lieu of John Williams>

Elementar Wars..  Episode   I.0  “The Phantom Multiplayer Menace”

                           …

                          Episode IV.09 “A New Hope”

                          Episode VI.10 “The Return of the Magi”

ps: dont know how to insert the blue-box quotes in here yet.. :-/
