I've been holding off entering my code until I've actually read your book (which I haven't done yet because I'm so busy playing your game!) - is any of the content going to spoil the read?

I just updated my elemental: destiny's embers "game" through impulse, but I still don't find Anyths or any other new map, nor any characters.

I've tried launching both elemental: destiny's embers and elemental: war of magic with no difference what so ever.

edit: I found that if I run the game as an administrator I have acces to a new map and also new characters. Anyway of letting us have access to that without using an administrator's account?

I can run it from the Impulse games page, their backgrounds look cool but I have to finish The Girl Who Played With Fire  before I read Destiny's Embers so I won't be playing it right yet! Happy to see the DLC  now

So, I start a new game, load the map, and still have map sizes 'small', 'medium' etc as options.  I imagined that a specific map would have its own default size.  Does it just ignore any size choices I make if I use this map?  Just wondering, ta.

Results: No change: no map, no sovereigns.

Running the game as admin is not the solution.

Questions:

Does it matter if you have already like 8 custom made sovereigns or not?

Do you have to install it as mod? I checked but I didn't see a Destiny's Embers mod?

I saw on the Impulse page of the content itself it said to be like 100mb, but when I looked under games it said installed: 2,22mb, is there something wrong with my install?

Why can't I get the content to show? I have windows 7, 64 bit.

I just installed off impulse and started the game and the added Sovereigns are there. I don't have any idea where/how to find the other content, including the map.

A simple readme file would have been helpful to explain where we should see the changes. I got the BB content too, but I presume that's buried in the tech tree somewhere.

I have pretty much the same question, The Destiny Embers map shows up on the load screen, I can "load" it, but I am uncertain if it really is loaded, as apparently we can change the map settings - and the name is random ??

Besides, I have some doubts if the load map screen is realy working. The "delete" button does not seem to work (trying to delete a map made with Elementerra, it apparently is not deleted...)

Any clarification from the devs would be welcome, thanks in advance

Loading maps works, but it still uses a random world name.

I also have windows 7 6t4-bit, but only one custom made sovereign.

Just a question for those of you who can't find the soverigns-do you have mods turned on in options? it might change your ability to see it (I dont have the DLC so this is a WAG)

I think you need to contact support. There's really not too much involved. It just adds some files to your user directory. Are you running the latest version?

Extra news: for some reason, I had to reinstall the pack, as I installed 1.09E and it works now so happy, thanks!!!

Reinstall what? the Destiny pack or the entire game?

Sounds like they reinstalled the add on pack, which has its own entry on Impulse.

As an aside - is the map working with 1.09 now?

Why isn't Tandis one of the playable characters?

The guy kicks a high quantity of Fallen arses in pretty much every chapter of the book...
