Didn't get my Collectors Copy!!

I ordered Elemental Collectors and have yet to receive it. What's going on, and who do I contact to cancel my order if this keeps being stupid and getting a refund?

Did you install Impulse and double check you could download the digital copy? That will be your first clue as to whether it processed at all. If it does let you, then see if you can get a tracking number. If it doesn't, grab your digital receipt and email Stardock directly. support@stardock.com

I have impulse installed, have an order number and receipt email, so I know it was charged the full amount. Sent an email to the Support email you just gave me, Thank you.

Anytime. It looks like a lot of people have had the issue, and Stardock's working hard to replace lost shipments. Honestly it's better this way. You're getting your copy after a good deal of patching, meaning you won't get the initial "OMGWTF" shock if it happens that the day 0 version kills your system like it did mine. :p

 

So after you get it don't forget to patch. <3
