Sorry was frustrated earlier. Figured out postbind.

Will get to 100% loading then it has a small error box comes up and it fails

Did you install via Impulse or from a retail disc?

retail disk from Walmart.

In that case, try registering your key and installing via Impulse. If you can't download the ~2GB, we'll try something else.
