Where do I go for help on the campaign?

I can't find any help threads for the campaign.  I'm stuck.  I'm supposed to send one army via ship (apparently) to... somewhere... while the other army (apparently) waits at a gate or something.  I found the gate.  I have no idea where to send the ship.  It won't let me go most places, it seems.

Ugh.

Sorry if I'm posting in the totally wrong place.

Also, is it just me, or is there no way to subscribe to a thread?

I was confused at one point in the campaign as well... I figured out what I was supposed to do with the ship initially (pick up folks from each of the cities).  Then I took them all to the gate.  I'm honestly not exactly sure what I did to get into the gate, but I just dropped off all of my folks and moved forward and got in.  I think the problem is the that gate message pops up before you are actually at the gate.  Click forward some and I think you get through.

As I remember, the cloth map is your friend in this.  It shows the beach where you land your ship.  I did not send any troops by land and still finished the camaign.
