Bug - No music and you can sell your wife Edited one more

Using 1.06

First, i load a saved game, there is no music in the game. Event music and sounds work fine, but just not music. Music option is enabled in the options.

Secondly i am able to sell my wife to another faction(in this case for 620 gold) and could buy her back for 590 gold. Thats 30 gold win per sale. Also i was able to get babies after she was sold.

Actually, first impressions can be quite misleading.

They bought her at first because they saw it as a good investment, but once they got her they realized she just wasn't 'all that' so her price dropped.

It's also possible that the wife market took a dive so her value decreased.  Slave trade just isn't what it used to be.

... Yes, I agree, that is definitely a bug that should be addressed.

That's not a bug.   The ability to sell your wife is considered a feature.

Just like in real life.

Yeah, working as intended. The music is disabled until after you sell the wife, only then you can hire a few rock bards and paaarrtyy.

Is a awesome bug.  But if your wife is having boys after the sell, is cheating on your, mate.

Fix the economic problem, but I consider the ability to sell your wife a feature.

Too bad you can't sell yourself as a slave. Somewhat like how in M&B you can get slave by a group of looters...

lol at responses. My sovereign wasnt Pimp daddy, but he was Tarthian. I almost fell of my chair when i found out that she was worthless when i was checking to buy her back. Annoying old hag, or used goods hehe. Also one of the best things was that she was stuck in my capital so she couldnt run off and get herself killed.

Wow... usually wives won't have babies with me after I've sold them off. Certainly a big bug.  They tend not to like that very much.  Something about 'not respecting marriage' or 'not loving' or something.
