Where can I tell people that are creating Sins of a Solar Empire Updates (Entrechment, Diplomacy...) my ideas about game (for example: I think research of new weapon, armour, shiels etc. techs on ships should be more expensive for each ship you have when you start research and I have some other ideas too...), if I can?
It might fit in the modding section. You could use that as a way to express your modding ideas. I'm always interested in new ideas.
Additionally you could try modding yourself.

If you are adept with development tools like eclipse (editor and development tool) or just good at figuring out things then you might try this tool I am working on [Mod Utility] Entity Validation Tool and NOW with Entity Editor support! (Release 7/17).
Can that be used without entrechment or diplomacy? I can't buy online, and I don't hink it can be bought from any shop in my country.
The vanilla sins files can definately be downloaded from the http://soase.weebly.com.
Any editor (including eclipse) can be used to edit the files once you get the textual versions.
