trying to find the name of this object dock skin

from WinCustomize Forums

I found this skin in a desktop wallpaper forum thread on another site and the original poster didn't know it's name.

So if anyone knows the name that would be greatly appreciated!

Doesn't look like any OD skin that I know of...actually I don't think it is an OD skin.

Probably Object Bar....but it could be a DX theme.
