Greetings, I wasn't sure which section of the forum this should be in, so apologies if this is in wrong place.

Anyways, I'm having trouble getting any mods to work.

I've had galactic civ 2 ultimate on impulse for quite a while now and want to soup it up with all sorts of mods (currently the ones i'm trying to get to work are ultimate realistic mod+ a few bonus races including SHODAN).

And I can't get anything to work, it is most vexing.

Yes, I have followed the link provided in the options about where to install the mods but nothing appears (also in the case of the bonus races, I have no clue to where I should be installing them) besides the the usual default+example mod folders, I even tried installin mods into those 2 folders, nada.

So I have lots of mods here, but no clue what to do with them, I'm not comp savvy at all, but don't usually have this much trouble installing mods ><

Thanks for any help in advance and sorry if this seems like a silly question(the countless guides written out there on the subject ain't helpin me 1 bit, I really did try to figure it out for myself before posting here)
