A protected, DO NOT skin program list?

Is there a way to designate certain programs to NOT pick up the attributes/properties from the WB collection so they'll use the standard system colors?

I'm sure this must have been asked before, but I did search the forums here with several criteria and located nothing.

Or, is there a quick and easy way to disable/renable the customization?

The problem I'm trying to mitigate is that in some progs, e.g.,SQL Server Management Studio (and there are a few others), I'm encountering black on black text areas where column headers and row numbers reside...  This seems to be because the program is picking up graphics and inserting them but not the text colors which go with them, and also with no way that I can find to change these specific text color within the program's (ssms) option menus (which would be ideal, because I like it except for the black text).

Another example is here in the forum..  my theme (oxidized) has put a beautiful button on the "Submit New Post" (using FF) which is a dark grey glass with a gorgeous golden mousover.. but the text is unreadable until mouse over...  There is no mouse over option in SSMS.

This is a feature that would solve a lot of issues with 'hardcoded' apps and WB compatibility. You can assign any app to run with a different skin but it will still use the main themes system colors...defeating the purpose of designating a different skin(like say the lite substyle of a dark skin)

Firefox is a prime example...its using the wrong colors for text on tabs and buttons. If it would just use what Explorer is using it would be fine.An addon called Winestripe realfox got it to use the WB's tab images but still uses the wrong text settings.

Someday I hope to have the time and mental capacity(snicker) to edit this to make Firefox use evrything correctly.

Having WB control app colors a little more forcibly would be awesome. :D
