How do I reset my Ironclad Online account stuff? I completely forgot my password and such and never wrote them down, so what do I do to get them back? Frigging already used CD Key bullshit wont let me just make another.

they can recover your password for you. 
They said I need to give a list of possible previous passwords and account names. Problem is, I have no idea whatsoever, can they refuse to reset my password if it seems like I didn't make the original account in the first place?
Did you purchase the game new or did you buy it used? If you bought it used, I think the studio's view is that you're not entitled to register it because the previous owner could still have the game installed.
