Can't Login to ICO

Is my forum account the same as my ICO account?  If not, how can I reset my ICO account? 

I logged into ICO when I first got the game, but have been playing single player to try and get decent at the game before hopping online.  I can log into the forums, but when I use that username in ICO it says account name not found. 

*I did recently update to Diplomacy, could that be problematic account wise?

Unless you made it specifically the same, your forum account here would not be the same as your ICO account. For assistance with this, you should definitely contact support@ironcladgames.com for help with this.
