Why do some tiles have a recent files list and not other, even when the app definitely has a recent files list?

Here is a right click on a tile in my Start11 start menu (Windows 10 style)
and here is the right click of the app on the Task Bar
Why aren't the recent files also shown in the Tile context menu? Other apps on other tiles, such as Excel and Bambu Studio, do show recent files
