Using Clock Tray Skins 4.2 with Window Blinds 7

Transparent background of clock not functioning

I'm using Clock Tray Skins 4.2 with Window Blinds 7, specifically the "Tinted" skin by Mirsguy.  I selected the "Use Transparent Background" option of the Clock Tray Skins program, but I'm still seeing the black background under the clock.  Is this a glitch with the WB skin?  Or is it an issue with Clock Tray Skins?  Any advice on this would be most appreciated.

Most likely the Clock is drawing this background.  If you disable this, does the transparency work correctly?
