wincustomize 7

After a very confusing installation that exhausted me I have not been able to make any face changes in the 7 version.  They get you in a state of enjoying playing with this software and then it does not come through for you.

 

I have spent hours trying to make changes that do not take.  Now, I have requested a disc.  They do not answer phone calls and they do not get back to you.  If you have a million or three customers then have the kind of staff that is necessary to handle your customers.

 

After version 7 that will be it for me.  Your software becomes very stressful when your having a great deal of trouble and e-mail just does not cut it.

Lets do this by the numbers.

1.  What OS are you running?

2. When you say Wincustomize 7 do you mean WindowBlinds 7?

3. Explain in some detail what problems you are having.

I believe you are talking about WindowBlinds 7 and not WinCustomize. Also, I have relocated your post to the Support section where Stardock monitors for help requests.
