Help with forum...(avatar)

Eh, figured I'll put my avatar up for the heck of it, need to post here often. Anyways i tried uploading it on that "images" section and everything worked fine, but its not showing up on the forums. Tried the personal image and nothing happened, and no clue what the desktop image is for, lol. It uploads fine though, what's going on?

 

(I bet its going to work right when I post, watch, lol)

You do put it under "avatar".  I don't know what desktop and personal images are for.  Also ensure you met these exact specifications:

Select a *.JPG (.jpg), *.PNG (.png) file no larger than 100 x 100. Maximum filesize is 40 kb.

It is under 40kb and is smaller than 100x100. (and .jpg) Like I said it seemed to upload just fine, though it doesn't show up here.

 

EDIT:....Apparently it works now, go figure, lol.

Oh, I see what happened.  Your avatar isn't retroactive; older posts aren't updated with your new avatar.  As well, the original poster in a topic doesn't have their avatar displayed (don't know why).  As a result, the reply you just made was the first one your avatar would be displayed on :-P
