Remove "games played" please

alienating newbies

Hey all

 

After a longer break from Demigod i came back today to just play and have some fun. Well it seems hard to get a game with the new "games played" since all my previous games are not there.

 

Because of this "games played" people say like "sorry no noobs" "you will feed the other team" and so on.

THIS is really annoying as ive tried to join several games for the entire day and only got 4 games going. It also alienating newbies from playing with people as they cant get any games.

 

Sigh i just want to play and have some fun... :(

 

ps FYI i dont suck at this game :P

Well, I would advice to host your own game. Or simply join Pantheon.

I know its frustrating, but I really do suggest you try to host your own games.  Also, don't worry too much.  Next week (or so) the stats are being reset, so EVERYONE will look like noobs.  (eg - you won't get kicked by "pros").

ooh, thats good to hear. Still it worries me for newbies after some time they wont be able to play custom games again, once people have played alot

New players simply can (and should) host their own games. It's better for them anyway, unless they always want to get beaten by better players.
