[IP 4] *.ip files works fine but I can't use *.iconpackage

When Im open *.ip files it works fine and installing package, but when Im opening *.iconpackage it gives me an error: (see the screen), or just nothing happens.

I tryed many *.iconpackage's so all of it doesn't work it opposite to *.ip's. But if I rightclick and select "apply package" package is applying, but I still unable to see it in the list of  the Packages.

All of *.ip works fine.

Hey guys who uses IP 4, please just say is both *.iconpackage and *.ip works for you, or you have the same situation as me. Thx.

Usually if you open a folder that has an iconpackage in it you will also see an icl file in it (usually older files). In those instances instead of double clicking the iconpackage file I just move the whole folder with both files into my iconpackager folder and it then shows up fine in Iconpackager. If it is a .ip then just double clicking usually installs fine.
