When I woke up this afternoon I had a call from GameStop on my caller ID. I called back the store and they said I can come pick up my copy of Dragon Age: Origins in the morning. YAY!!! 
By this time tomorrow the Dark Spawn will be falling bloody at my feet.

ROFL! This is fuckin' rediculous and typical for EA driven shit!
I can't log in to the DA forum with my Bioware forum account credentials (which worked on their old DA forum, btw), and I can't create a new account there either (Error creating EA Account)!
If the game is as good as their new forum...
Update: Okay, I managed to create a new one after I had closed my browser completely and tried again.
BUT: Go to page 2 and 80% of the threads are those from page 1.Sometimes in tmultipage threads there are no means of navigating through the various pages. And so on etc. etc.
Changing the forum to a new beta upon the game's release is idiotic to say the least.
The response for this game seems to be extremely poitive over the internet. I've avoided all hype relating to this since i wasn't going to buy it, but these threads all over the internet are getting me excited. If only there was a demo besides the character creator..
Well, i'll just wait till it's a Steam weekend sale, EA doesn't seem to beleive that europeans use Impulse..
Its awesome, its got FINALLY some difficult battles where you have to plan ahead and pause often to issue orders - reminds me of the original Baldur's Gate in that sense. And the story is great, I actually care about the characters, they're so fallible and noble - in other words believable.
And at last, blood. No more plastic unblemished elves, let spill some guts!
