GC2: DA and GC2: TotA will not launch under Win7 64 Ultimate

I wasn't running into this in either the RC or the Beta of Win7.  I've updated to the latest drivers and DirectX - any suggestions?!

I uninstalled GC2 and GC2 DA then reinstalled each in order one at a time from Impulse.  After that, Tota would finally start.

This is under Windows 7 RTM x64.

Are you getting any errors?  Is it just showing a blank screen?  Can you give more details of what's happening?

I've tried uninstalling impulse and DA / TotA and reinstalling them.  Still no luck.

When I try to launch either game, the screen goes black as normal when the game starts.  Then, after a few seconds, it returns to the desktop with the crash notification.  I've tried compatibility settings as well as looking for the error file - no luck.  Any suggestions?

do you have more then one screen plugged in? i cant start the game if i have extended wiev in the screen settings
