Help with Win7: Desktop Slide Show no longer Advances

Not sure if this is the best place in SD forums to ask, but it fit best considering the question.  So here is my problem.  I have win7 rc and recently noticed my desktop wallpaper slideshow was no longer advancing.  Sometimes it will advance 1 picture on start up but other than that it does not change regardless of the time interval set.

It was working before, I have tried to isolate the problem, by going to an install that should have worked, but I have since flashed my video card bios so going back re-installs the video card driver.  Everythuing else works perfect still.

Oddly using windows to test my "windows score" causes the background to advance properly, but only while the test is runnning.  Any ideas would be greatly helpful.

Sounds like you need to email support@ stardock.com with this one.  Besure to let them know what version of DeskScapes you are running and any other information that would help them trouble shot.

Did this just start happening after a recent update of DeskScapes?

No not SD deskscapes, MS Windows7 desktop slide show.  Again not a SD issue, a MS issue, but I have seen a lot of good people on SD forums with good answers and was hoping for help with this one.

I'm sorry, totally misread your problem.

Have you downloaded anything recently that might be intefering with the desktop slide show function in Win 7?  Maybe another program that has a wallpaper manager.

Nope, incidentally after the 3rd system re-install, I gave up and 2 hours later after a reboot it was working again.  Rather annoying, will see if it keeps working.

By the way, it has inexplicably gone back to not working.
