I bought call of duty 4 yesterday.The game does not appear to be in my games list or anywhere else.
How long does the e-mail take to come and how do i install it?Trough the e-mail or something?

Which email are you talking about? When you purchase a game, the system should send a purchase confirmation notice to the email address associated with the acount.
This does not include any game files.
I would recommend checking your email and its spam folders to see if the email was filtered out. If you don't have an email confirmation, the purchase transaction might have had a problem. If you don't get an email in the next few hours, I would go to the ESUPPORT website (https://esupport.stardock.com/) and submit a ticket.
Make sure you ask whether or not your credit card has been billed.
Actually, now that I look around at other posts asking for support help, it looks like you might be able to send an email to support@stardock.com describing problem.
Shoot us an email with your order number and any email addresses you may have used to support@stardock.com and we'll get it straightened out for you.
