CD-Key Is Already Registered

I already have an account for ICO but I can't remember the password, whenever I try to create a new account it comes up with CD-Key Is Already Registered. Is there anyway to reset/change my password

Hello, Account Name : Pass: CD keY: Hello I have been through the forums on this subject and i was suprised to find i was not the only one to have difficulty When I go to play online ...I get the screen that instructs me to either create an account or login when io log in .. it states that the account name cannot be found when i create an account ..it states that the Key is already in use hence my desire to shoot my dog...... Please oh great wise ones , advise me on how to fix this smalll but infuriating problem.. thank you for your prompt response
