So do we know, are the screenshots we see the same graphics that will be in the final product. They look like they were drawn will color pencils or something. I would have expected atleast something on the level of sins of a solar empire. I mean even that ran on the most modest machines.

 

Now that is not to say that I wouldn't play if it was. I've definitely have already preordered it.

no they postted in forum a while back that screen shot graphics are not final production graphics.

I kind of like the early art. It had a style to it that I really liked that is lost a bit when the better graphics are used.

Maybe it's just me.

Then compare these to a recent preview..

As you can see, the quality is moving forward in leaps and bounds. Also, seeing a screenshot rather than the real game can be misleading in some ways. Just doesn't give the true awesomeness.

It's all good. I really like the zoomed in view. Will be awesome to see tactical battles this way! And your serfs toiling away.. :D
