i have a quistion about Galactic Civilizations II: Endless Universe

you dont need the orginal game for it i have readed but if you dont have instaled you wil not get the game files of it? then wil the game likes half ore something?

or is the game Galactic Civilizations II: Endless Universe alle 3 expansion packs wil be the full game ?

GC2:EU is a Europe-only standalone version of Twilight of the Arnor and Dark Avatar. The base game is neither included nor needed; all you really miss out on is the original campaign.

wikipedia says though the Dread Lords Campaign is still present?

Actually you don't

All you miss out on is the base  game rules

You can play all three campaigns, in TOA (in EU version at least) with TOA rules (by rules I mean additions to the way the game works, with TOA being the most recent at time of posting) and the DA and DL campaigns with DA rules. The only things you can't do are:

-play TOA campaign with non-TOA rules

-play any campaign with base rules

when i bought EU I also bougt the base game, and i hate playing it, because i think toa is so much better (although I don't think DA was much of an improvement as a finished game, still felt a bit empty)
