[BUG] Akkan Colonize Free Extractors do not always spawn

A poor ability to begin with...

See title. Tested with 2nd level of Colonize, waited more than fifteen minutes game time, nothing.

I've noticed it too.  ANd posted the BUG report.  Still nothing though.  I agree, it's a bug.  Having lvl 3 colonize doesn't fix it.

I certainly care!  This needs to be fixed (in addition to Akkan colonize general weakness)

I care, but you're right, the devs dont seem to care...at all! Not a single word...NOTHING. I think they moved on, I know they said that they were going to make 2 more micro-expansions, but at this point I just dont believe it anymore. I'm not even sure that they're going to release another patch to fix the balancing issue. The devs have been DEAD silent for months now.

problem is they never fixed the delay on akkan colonize. It takes liek 30 seconds for the extractors to spawn!

Anyway the Akkan in an otehr PRIME example the devs don't give a shit.

Lvl 1 you get NO BONUS AT ALL
Lvl 2 1 extrator after 30 seconds. FUCK I CAN BUILD 3 EXTRACTORS BY THEN.

honestly, i think the TEC Colony Cap special secondary is pathetic... i mean, with research, extractors are cheap as scrap.

More in-line with TEC philosophy is the Advent or Vasari (i cant remember which) ability where upgrades are cheaper for a period of time after colonising... heck, rolling the two into one and giving the Advent (im sure its them, but dont quote me) something else... like a free broadcast center and some defenses (or at least make them free until they are built, like a first cap ship) would be much better.

but as it stands, the ability sucks, and should be re-thought

Advent Colonize = Planetary upgrade cost reduction

Vasari Colonize = Reduction in structure build time.

TEC Colonize = Free extractors, Reduction in planetary upgrade build time.

This way TEC can spend much less time suffering from underdevelopement taxes, and can quickly get a new planet fully upgraded. Plus is falls in line with the kinda of things the others do.

yep, works for me... is it moddable? i just dont see the Devs changing something like that because.... well, because they dont want to... which sucks but its their perogative i suppose...
