3 losses cause of retarded teammates,

a 1on1 i´ve won, but other guy quit after 4min and i got N/A,

than a game where i was waiting hours in lobby to finaly play and than "unhandled exception"...

now a game i would have won: 3min before end: critical game state, game ends in 10sec

 

WTF?! i cant have fun this way...

 

fix those damn bugs, please! the game is not playable or enjoyable for almost 50% of the time. no wonder there are this few people left!

and finaly integrate a working matchmaking so i dont have to check the stats of everyone in the game just to get a balanced game. cause if i dont do it, the teams are unbalanced every time.... thats VERY uncomfortable!

i dunno about anyone else here, but yesterday i actually had my game COMPLETELY EXIT for no reason, with no crash warning or nothing.

ok, made some games without crashes now, but with horrible lags :( thanks to the amount of players (4on4 / 5on5) :P

And still stardock or GPG do not offer a refund. Ill never buy another game with GPG or stardock on the cover.

 

Nice one. You winge when people pirate your games, but when you release something that does not work properly, you happily take everyones money and months later it is  still broken.

We do, and it's even printed in the manual. If you purchased at US/Canada retail or via Impulse, contact sales@stardock.com. If not, you'll need to go through your local retailer or Atari.

As has been noted in other places, the most common crash issue has been located and we expect to have a resolution for it in one of the next updates. It might feel better to vent, but it won't bring the solution any closer or faster.
