Noob question I am sure.

How are people starting off with so many hps?  Keep running into UBs with 3k hps at level 2......  Clearly I am missing something.

The favor item blood of the fallen and the banded armor give you 1200 more hp at lvl 1 so that might be it.(I could be wrong havent been here for a week)
