Fences Enhancement Request: Option to Disable if using RDP (or low bitrate / resolutions)

I often RDP into my systems using my Windows Mobile device over EDGE and it would be REALLLY NICE if there was an option to disable fences if an RDP session was detected.  Or if the resolution or bitrate used in the RDP session was too low.  Especially since the RDP session disables the background for performance, having fences enabled during the RDP session just kills the amount of time required during the login.
