This is a small debate that occured after the enemy had Regulus snipe a team mate of mine while simultaneously hitting him with the Heavens Wrath favor item. My TM was convinced the enemy team were hackers and ended up rage quitting over the ordeal. The enemy team had Heavens Wrath tagging us occasionaly since level 1, but as you can see, even after debating it you just can't disprove hackers to the rage-quitting tin-foil-hat crowd,

I HAVE played a game where a regulus could snipe me with no visual throughout the map. No he did not have trcking device or anything else. It was pretty fishy.

Now, it's one thing to be disappointed about losing and maybe say some silly things in chat (e.g., about fifteen seconds later he pronounced that he had only lost because "this fucking shit isn't balanced" and dropped out).  But I think tossing racial slurs around is over the line.

So why cover his name? This would be the place to "out" him methinks...

Eh, as long as they had vision when they initiated snipe, and doesn't cancel, it works.

They may've had to walk abit before they're in range to snipe though, by which you mght be in their FoW.

Not more unfair than seeing the target box through FoW when you attack select them before they move away from vision.

I`m not trying to ruin anyone`s fun.  This is a publisher created thread to bring attention to #$%hole player`s.  I think it would be best if we used this thread for intened purposes.  A player created blacklist was posted on the SIN`s forum and locked quickly by the Mod`s.  The demigod community may never get another one of these threads, I say use it wisely.

It was most likely posted in the Off Topic forums which is shared across all Stardock sites. Many folks may not be aware but posts created on SINS, GC2, JU, WC, Impulse and Demigod...amongst others are fully accessable from all all of the other SD sites.

As to the post, it was prudent that SD lock that thread. It served no purpose but to ellicit flaming. Folks can keep track of their own blackilists very easily.
