ESL Demigod - EU 3v3 Opening Cup

http://www.esl.eu/eu/demigod/news/87463/EU-3on3-Opening-Cup/

After hosting a 2v2 opening cup, a 3v3 cup and opening 1v1 ladder ESL is hosting a 3v3 Opening Cup Demigod. Apart from the 3v3 Opening Cup it seems like ESL is also working on a 3v3 Ladder.

ESL stands for Electronic sports league and it is Europes largest and oldest online league with +2.000.000 registered members, 440,000 teams and 170,000 discharged play games in the month. It is also one of the biggest European leagues for professional computer games and includes a professionally installed and organized games and leagues system with over 1800 leagues for beginners and professionals, as well as some 80 well-known games from each genre.

If you are new to ESL and want to get started?
http://www.esl.eu/eu/demigod/gettingstarted/

If you have questions to ask them or have anything to say to them, post it on the ESL Demigod Forums - http://www.esl.eu/eu/demigod/forum/1776/13889/

The IRC room is #esl.demigod (Quakenet) -> This is where the admin will be located incase you have any problems and also where the players of other teams will be when you are looking for them to start or agree on a time to play. It is the only place outside of commenting on matchpage where you will be able to contact the other players.

How will the matches be co-ordinated?
"You will have an open match and you have to talk to the other team to co-ordinate it. And we have an IRC channel #esl.demigod (quakenet)!"

Would it kill ESL to put DG up on the American ESL since most of the current players are from the US?

:/ Who knows, maybe it is because ESL is a German Organization. But you can still participate if you are from the US, just have to take consideration with the TimeZone and maybe pings.

1 More day to go.

its too early to play at 9 am lol

Yes, I would love to get 2 of my friends to log on at 9AM and call out of work for a DG match. I did international ESL for dow2 and it turned out HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HOOOOOOOOOORRIBLE. Don't forget how the ESL site is like navigating through 50 sites built on top of each other because it seems like it was made by a grade school student. Sorry to bad mouth I really had a bad experience with the overall customer service and usability of the site. Maybe it's more EU friendly.

I made an account and was going to play until I saw that the times are terrible and I died a little in side when I saw that they host a 1v1 dota ladder. Talk about low class. :/
