Oak on Dark Side in a Pantheon match?

Ok so. Game starts and im the only one on my time. Its a pantheon match and I have been playing as Rook thus im on the light side.

I check enemy team dg types and theres a QoT and a....."rubs eyes"......Oak on the Dark Side? I asked the guy how tahts possible and he said he hadn't picked a hero and just hit Fight to start. So it randomly gave him Oak for dark side in a Pantheon match.....

 

Anyways. Is that a bug?

Oak decided one day to become evil as he didnt get gold for helping the poor souls of middle earth :P

 

hehe yeah seems so, i do wonder, who will have the win if EVIL Oak wins?
