Can we please have some assurance...

...that the targeting bug will be fixed soon?

For those 2.5 people unaware: occasionally when you attempt to use a targeted skill, either on yourself or on another Demigod, your character will decline to use the skill, and just sit there, refusing to attack at all. You have no choice but to move manually to another location in order to make your Demigod listen the fuĀck up, and by then, you are likely already crippled or your target has escaped. Erebus' Bite, and Sedna's Heal and Pounce are the worst offenders for me personally thus far, but it seems to happen to everyone.

This bug is simply gamebreaking- I have lost countless kills, and now, several games because of it. Stardock, you've got a pretty good track record with your updates so far, please make this one of your priorities.

You lost games because of it? Uh, I don't think it is that bad. Just up your APM. You won't feel the negative effects of the bug if you can move and quickly use the skill in less than a second. Definitely a bad bug, but I don't think we need to start ranting to Stardock now, especially since they are still working on connectivity.

screw that bug, how about the one where your unclean beast simply REFUSES to follow an enemy demigod?

this happens on ALL maps when both of you are on the other side of the corner.. for people who play the UB.. they know what i am talking about..

its so annoying they get a free escape everytime this happens... wtf :\

Agreed. Should be fixed asap.

Agreed. Should be fixed asap too.

Those 2 things are amongst the most annoying issues.

Up my APM?

DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? ;)

But yes, I have lost close games because of it. Because of the slippery slope nature of the game, the inability to escape/get that one crucial kill can turn it around. It doesn't happen often, but it really shouldn't happen at all.

Obviously, the connectivity issues are more important at the moment. I just want to make sure this doesn't get swept under the radar.

Ofcourse we lose games to it. Because it doesn't happen once in every 20 games, it happens 10 times in every game.

Yes I have lost games because of it.

Example:  Playing as Oak->  My pentance doesnt got off, as a rusult the person i would have killed heals with a pot.  As a result I lose the fight and die.  When I'm respawning they cap the near by portal flag.  So the other demi's have to come take it back losing our forward momentum.  The other team pushes at the new hole where the demi that took the flag back used to guard.  Giant downward spiral that took an even match and cost us the game 5-10 min later.

Yeah, I've noticed this targetting error is at its worst with the UB, especially around any sort of corner. He starts having seizures in the middle of his pursuit, and by the time you get him to stop skittering in place, your target has escaped/healed/teleported/etc. Hair pulling out of the scalp then commences.
