What's the New Update for?

Just downloaded the new update, does anyone know what it was for? (what types of bugs, ect.)

I'm hoping it was to fix the online connection, though I doubt it since I think it will take a bit longer to fix the issue, and well I try to see the online by for some reason my screen is freezing when I press 'custom game'.

Well, anyone know?

This morning's update was to improve multiplayer connectivity. See Brad's "Day 2 Status Report" journal for the changes.

Bara, if you spot this, it's another good example of how a posted-from indicator could help the forums make more sense. I'm reading from GalCiv2, so the only reason I can be sure there is no update that I missed is Kryo mentioning multiplayer.

I was going to mention something similar as well. I still have no clue as to *which* game is being discussed here, all I know is that it's *not* GalCiv2.

However this really isn't the best example because this should have been posted to the specific game forum to which it applies and if it had been there would have been no confusion as to the game in question nor would anyone not specifically interested in that game have even seen the thread.

However with all that said I think it would be *really* nice to know the originating site of a thread/reply, but please fix the Metaverse before worrying about minor details like this. :)

Mumble is correct, a posting to the correct forum in this case would have worked without a site banner in place but it still shows the need for such a system.

It really would make sifting through articles that we GC2ers can see on GC2 so much easier if there was a site originator banner.

Especailly now with Demigod released it further pushes GC2 related topics down the recent list.
