anyone know if there is an offical email adress where u can submit bugs and ask for help?
I'm not sure about GPG's support email for bugs and such, but support@stardock.com should be able to help with game related things, or route it to GPG if it's their thing.
that's the email for SD's support, however personal experience has taught me never ever go to the publisher and ask for help.
asking on forums (despite the occasional flaming) is by far the best way of getting problems solved, so long as you're willing to take some initiative yourself.
Your past experiences shouldn't apply to SD support 
Not that asking on the forums is bad advice, but Stardock's support is nothing to be feared/avoided either.
i have mailed stardock and as u said to also try the forums i am copying the mail to here aswell. anyone know any work arounds for these problems?
Hello, Im currently experiencing several problems with Demigod. Firstly it takes a great deal of time to evan find an avalible game as often there is one person joining who is unable to connect to the others and everyone else is blocked from joining. Secondly the games i have participated in have earned me favor however my favor has not increased, infact it has done the opposite as each time i play i choose my favor item which has allready been purchased however the cost of it is subtracted again, i now have a negative value for my favor rating and i would like to know if this will at some point be reverted or it i will have to work off the massive debt of favor?. i have also participated in 5 panthenon battles winning all 5 however my rank is showing as 2 wins and 1 loss. Finaly my acheivments reset after each battle.
