Skirmish Game Problems

I am having a few problems online, but for the most part i can get a full game in. On the single-player side of it, the tournament works fine, but i cant play skirmish games. It just does this eternal loading screen where it says NO TEXT in the middle part of the screen. Anyone else have this problem?

Same, except I get the text: "Connecting to Lobby..." and it never connects.
