Ok so i just bought DG, install it and i click on run, right click run, and even the short cut on my desttop and it wont open!!!!

See the tech support forum and the various solutions to that. It's typically something in your system tray interfering.
For anyone else that sees this and wants to "me too".
The more information you can provide the more likely it will be to be able to identify what might be causing the problem and what can be done to resolve it.
Check your system for any 'Extra' security items like SpyBot, AdAware, etc. these can interfer with some games. Disable any of this extra stuff as you can, and try launching again.
Gas Powered Games have a history of driver conflicts with Logitech Webcams, would you have one of those installed per chance?
FYI, my friend and I both have pretty much identical systems, we both use comodo etc. Windows XP
For some reason I can run the game no problem even with comodo going and he can't. He disabled the defense and that worked but you shouldn't have to do that.
When he has defense+ enabled, he can actually start the game by spaming the .exe - eventually this gets him in even with comodo.
Neither of us have logitech stuff.
We played supreme commander quite a bit and never had these issues.
