Clicking a thumbnail in Carousel View does not bring window to foreground

Windows Version Number: Windows 11 23H2 (22631.6199)
App Version: 0.95

Post title pretty much says it all. When in Carousel View with one of the "remain open" options enabled, clicking on a thumbnail (whether it is the center tile or any other) does not bring the associated window to the foreground. Sometimes it switches to the wrong window; sometimes it doesn't switch at all.

If I instead cycle through to the thumbnail I want (using mouse scroll wheel, arrow keys, or repeated Alt+Tabs) and then press Enter, I get the expected result.

All other view styles work correctly. It's just Carousel View that exhibits this unexpected behavior.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue. Perhaps, try updating your Windows 11 to newer version such as 25H2 or later.

Thank you,

Thanks. I will give that a shot. For some reason, which I hadn't noticed before, Windows has been keeping me on 23H2, which is what would have been current when I built this machine back in November of 2023. Looks like I have a Windows Update mystery to solve. Hopefully, once that issue is resolved, the AltTabby issue will simply go away on its own. In the meantime, I am using Thumbnail View instead.
